If you are a military customer with an APO/FPO address... Its USPS Mail.
Please include the following complete information in your order:
- Credit card information to include the billing address of the owner of the card.
- Express Service is not available for APO-FPO
- The complete APO-FPO mailing address as per the US Post Office. (see examples below)
Use the service member’s full name. (The Department of Defense cancelled the Any Service Member program so mail must be addressed to someone specific.)
Include the unit and APO/FPO (Air/Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office) address with the nine-digit ZIP Code™ (if one is assigned).

Please note that certain products may not be available for mailing to some locations. Most APO/FPO orders are sent to a United States Post Office and are then shipped to the APO/FPO customer via government transport. You should expect delivery in about 1-2 weeks. Normal delivery time for these shipments ranges from 3-30 days. If a package has not been delivered within 75 days or more, written notice of non-receipt must be submitted to First Diagnostic signed by the intended recipient. Once this written notice is received by AT First Diagnostic, a claim will be filed with the United States Postal Service. If the USPS can not provide a signature confirmation of delivery, the recipient will then have the option of a full credit for the purchase amount or a reshipment of the order. Risk of Loss All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
